fifty two on friday ~ week 7 {texture}

I had a really hard time with the theme this week. I do not remember seeing the sun in at least a week. That has nothing to do with struggling to come up with an idea for the texture theme but it has everything to do with being ready for spring. It also has everything to do with my kids taking a bath in the middle of the day just for something to do.

When I think of texture I usually think of things in nature but the weather has been crummy and I never made it outside. When I took Leah out of the tub, even though I had no light in the room and I had to crank up my ISO, I knew I had my photo for the week.

Be sure to check out the amazing Michelle Riddle, Santa Cruz, CA Photographer for her take on this weeks theme.

I know the feeling, I was lacking inspiration big time this week.
It turned out beautifully and I'm loving all the different textures :)
